This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing calls with patients to assist in the resupply of current products
• Manage a high volume of calls, exceeding 100 inbound and outbound calls daily
• Act as the main contact for initiating and scheduling patient orders
• Ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and within deadlines
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to address and resolve issues
• Track performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality and service-level standards
• Follow scheduled timelines and departmental protocols while working independently
• Provide outstanding customer service while effectively juggling multiple accounts
• A high school diploma is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt swiftly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy in data entry
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working autonomously
• An associate’s degree and/or relevant college coursework is preferred
• Previous experience in a call center setting is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
