Call Center Sales Intake Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain training materials, agendas, assessments, and educational resources.

• Lead training programs for new hires and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Offer coaching and performance evaluations to both new and current staff members.

• Develop and implement ongoing educational programs tailored to performance trends and business requirements.

• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and track performance impact using key metrics.

• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Leadership teams to pinpoint training needs and foster performance enhancement.

• Ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and in line with the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Trainer or comparable position within a BPO, call center, or high-volume operational setting.

• Background in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation strategies.

• Excellent classroom facilitation, presentation, and adult learning capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to create training plans, materials, assessments, and guidelines.

• Experience in providing coaching and feedback on both technical and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and recognize areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms), and communication/collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-paced environment.
