Call Center Sales Intake Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain training materials, agendas, assessments, and learning resources.

• Lead new hire training sessions and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Offer coaching and performance feedback to both new and existing team members.

• Develop and implement ongoing education programs based on performance insights and business requirements.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and track performance impact through key metrics.

• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Leadership teams to pinpoint training needs and facilitate performance enhancements.

• Maintain the accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training content with company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Trainer or similar capacity within a BPO, call center, or high-volume operational setting.

• Background in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation methods.

• Strong skills in classroom facilitation, presentation, and adult learning.

• Demonstrated ability to create training plans, materials, assessments, and guidelines.

• Experience in providing coaching and feedback on both technical and soft skills.

• Excellent analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms), and communication/collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
