Call Center Sales Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Address incoming inquiries through phone calls, web forms, and chat platforms.

• Engage in compassionate discovery calls to collect and evaluate vital case information.

• Implement proprietary scripts alongside stringent qualification criteria.

• Utilize an assumptive, sales-oriented strategy for live warm transfers.

• Precisely record all caller details in Salesforce.

• Oversee follow-ups for pending leads and keep a well-organized pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both oral and written.

• Fully bilingual, proficient in both English and Spanish.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or in a medical/legal office setting.

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on educating callers.

• Tech-savvy and able to type at least 45 WPM while conversing with callers.
