Call Center RN, Bilingual Spanish/English, Telephonic Injury Triage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a swift influx of incoming calls from Medcor customers in a call center setting.

• Accurately and efficiently document each call.

• Monitor and assess individual and call center objectives, productivity metrics, and statistics.

• Utilize the phone system to reflect all activities during shifts and ensure adherence to personal schedules.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Medcor's clients and employees.

• Conduct thorough assessments of symptoms and/or concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms.

• Adhere to HIPAA Compliance Policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Possess a valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.

• Capable of managing a high volume of consecutive calls.

• Demonstrate strong technological skills and maintain a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

• Willingness to work a rotation of major U.S. holidays.

• Availability to work every other weekend.

• Exhibit effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information, as well as care instructions for injured employees and their supervisors.

• Must be able to talk and/or hear.

• Required to sit and use hands for extended periods.

• Specific vision abilities are necessary for this role, including close vision for computer use and written tasks, with the capacity to adjust focus.

• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged durations.

• Must have a private space in your home with four walls and a door to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) within your primary residence is mandatory.
