Call Center Representative – Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from members seeking emergency roadside assistance, which includes services like towing, locksmith help, fuel delivery, battery replacement, and minor mechanical repairs.

• Assess the member's situation to ensure their immediate safety, documenting all details accurately and promptly.

• Maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor, particularly during high-pressure calls.

• Communicate essential information to both internal and external teams to facilitate the rapid dispatching process.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the efficient operation of our Emergency Roadside Service.

• Thrive in a structured environment where performance targets are established and evaluated, enhancing member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is essential.

• Experience in a call center is preferred.

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.

• Capability to deliver outstanding customer service and excel in a high-volume call setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist those in distress.

• Proficient in advanced computer and multitasking skills, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating various systems and screens.

• Solid understanding of maps, GPS technology, and traffic safety regulations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook is required.

• High School diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
