Call Center Representative – Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from members seeking emergency roadside assistance, which includes services such as towing, locksmith, fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, and minor mechanical troubleshooting.

• Assess the nature of the member's emergency to ensure their immediate safety, while accurately documenting all relevant details in a timely manner.

• Maintain a compassionate and calm demeanor, particularly during high-pressure situations.

• Communicate essential information to both internal and external teams to facilitate a swift dispatch process.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the seamless operation of our Emergency Roadside Service.

• Excel in a structured setting where performance objectives are established and evaluated, ultimately enhancing member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Call center experience is advantageous.

• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are beneficial.

• Capacity to deliver exceptional customer service and excel in a high-volume call environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Empathy and a genuine desire to assist individuals in distress.

• Advanced computer skills and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in talking while typing and navigating multiple systems and screens.

• Thorough understanding of maps, GPS technology, and traffic safety regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

• High School diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
