Call Center Representative, Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with potential clients with the objective of arranging appointments for the sales team.

• Articulate the benefits of the company's products and services while educating potential clients.

• Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Achieve performance targets for converting calls into appointments.

• Adhere to the established appointment-setting sales procedure.

• Verify complete and accurate client information.

• Meticulously record all activities and details in the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive experiences for prospective clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in home improvement within a call center environment is essential.

• Experience in a multi-product sales setting is preferred.

• Strongly desired background in home improvement inside sales.

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required.

• Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding phone and communication skills are necessary.

• Must be energetic and possess a positive attitude.

• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and surpass objectives.

• Availability for weekend work is essential.

• Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
