
Call Center Representative – Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage incoming calls related to suspected fraudulent activities, identity theft, and credits.
• Create and maintain cases for customers while updating order information pertinent to fraud.
• Address concerning cases from various fraud monitoring queues.
• Initiate follow-up calls on fraud orders to secure equipment.
• Analyze traffic patterns and orders to detect fraudulent activities.
• Assess network traffic and orders to evaluate risk and reduce fraud.
• Function effectively in a dynamic environment that demands quick data analysis and decision-making.
• Employ system tools to resolve cases and minimize fraud losses.
• Navigate multiple systems and fraud queues concurrently.
• Handle a high-volume workload to efficiently address and mitigate fraud.
• Must provide your own computer monitor; all other equipment will be supplied.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
• Must have high-speed internet and the capability to directly connect to an ethernet port.
• Ability to remain focused and engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions.
• Proficient in computer and technology usage, capable of smoothly operating multiple windows and tabs while delivering Best-In-Class Customer Experience over the phone.
• Excellent attendance is required to ensure availability when customers need assistance.
• Flexibility in scheduling and the capability to work within operational hours, seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
