This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product assistance
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer care
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Provide schedule flexibility once certified
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance goals
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools
• Ability to work autonomously and stay accountable to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not necessary
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings
