This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands
• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account necessities, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure exceptional customer care
• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency
• Deliver service-oriented support with flexible scheduling options once certified
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Competent in adhering to detailed processes and achieving performance targets
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in using computer applications and web-based tools
• Capable of working independently while being accountable for schedules
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience in phone-based or computer-based support settings is advantageous
