Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and effectively respond to incoming calls, ensuring the highest quality of service.

• Manage inbound calls aimed at enhancing business through customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Address general inquiries from patients with courtesy and patience.

• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule patient appointments.

• Follow up with patients regarding their scheduled appointments.

• Update patient demographic information.

• Collect and verify insurance details.

• Make outbound calls to patients and clinics.

• Manage online appointment requests.

• Handle email inquiries.

• Send task messages to clinics.

• Perform various administrative tasks and other assigned duties/projects.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive patient experience.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Accurate data entry and typing abilities.

• Experience with computerized scheduling systems and EMR/EHR.

• Professional and confidential work ethic that adheres to relevant HIPAA regulations.

• Capability to manage multiple inbound calls in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to multitask and navigate several systems concurrently.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Cooperative and courteous demeanor when working with other departments.

• Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Availability to work specified shifts in Eastern Standard Time.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience in a health/patient care environment is desirable.
