Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and effectively respond to incoming calls, delivering the highest quality of service.

• Manage inbound calls to enhance business through customer satisfaction and retention.

• Address general patient inquiries with courtesy and patience.

• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments as needed.

• Follow up with patients regarding their scheduled appointments.

• Update patient demographic information accurately.

• Collect and verify insurance details.

• Make outbound calls to patients and clinics.

• Manage online appointment requests and respond to email inquiries.

• Send task messages to clinics.

• Perform administrative duties and assigned projects.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive experience for patients.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• High level of accuracy in data entry, typing, and familiarity with computerized scheduling systems (EMR/EHR).

• Professional and confidential work ethic is essential.

• Must uphold patient privacy and comply with relevant HIPAA regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple inbound calls in a fast-paced setting.

• Capability to multitask and navigate various systems concurrently.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively and courteously with other departments.

• Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Reliable internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace is required.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience in a health/patient care environment is preferred.
