
Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage and monitor incoming calls
• Prepare and submit precise, comprehensive reports in government systems
• Record all relevant details in compliance with established procedures
• Conduct research using databases and open-source platforms
• Properly route and escalate calls when necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Associate's Degree preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while communicating and entering data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing sensitive information
