This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to and redirect calls from individuals considering abortion.

• Use the internal booking system to arrange appointments for clients.

• Operate the CTM phone system for managing and replying to calls, texts, and emails.

• Coordinate with local centers as necessary to facilitate the efficient scheduling of appointments.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Contact Center Director.

• A personal and developing relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Agreement with and commitment to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.

• Strongly pro-life perspective.

• Willingness to pray for the ministry of PreBorn!

• Availability of high-speed internet access.

• A quiet environment to take calls without disturbances or background noise.

• Experience in pregnancy crisis centers is highly preferred.

• Confidence and experience in managing and redirecting calls from individuals considering abortion.

• Ability to handle high volumes of stressful phone calls with composure and effectiveness.

• Skilled in multitasking across various platforms simultaneously.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
