This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Manage incoming calls while delivering professional and precise support to members, providers, and partners.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries promptly using various systems and resources.
• Accurately document all call interactions in a clear manner.
• Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously (answering calls, entering notes, navigating systems).
• Foster a positive, supportive, and results-oriented team environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in call centers or healthcare).
• Previous experience working remotely or from home is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and web browsers (Chrome/Edge).
• Detail-focused with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with Medicaid or insurance is beneficial but not essential.
