This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist health plan members by offering guidance, education, and solutions related to benefits, claims, and associated inquiries.
• Address incoming inquiries from members and providers.
• Manage outbound service calls for members.
• Strive for First Call Resolution.
• Handle inquiries through phone, email, chat, fax, and web platforms.
• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately.
• Make outbound service calls as necessary.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service.
• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania.
• Required to live within a 3-hour driving radius of the Harrisburg Metro Area (essential for initial equipment installation).
• Applications from out-of-state candidates will not be accepted.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An associate or college degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles is necessary.
• Strong typing and written communication abilities are essential.
• Capability to make independent decisions is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary; experience with Excel is a plus.
• Ability to comprehend complex health plan information is important.
• A strong commitment to reliability and long-term employment is expected.
• Comprehensive paid training with mentorship.
• A probationary period of 720 hours of active work before eligibility for paid time off and holidays.
