
Call Center Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Consistently provide the highest standard of customer service
• Oversee customer accounts and offer technical assistance
• Perform data entry for applications
• Respond to online chat inquiries as directed
• Understand and adhere to established procedures and policies
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities
• Show flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritization
• Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing; eligibility for advancement through training and certifications is contingent upon passing necessary exams
• Comply with regulated communication guidelines across all channels
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete a background check and drug screening within 3 days
• Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period
• Must commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
• Required minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an ethernet cable/fiber broadband internet connection
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellite
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
