Call Center Agent – Telephone Surveys (Mini-Job)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone interviews with participants for esteemed nationwide studies in Germany.

• Administer telephone surveys utilizing a provided questionnaire.

• Gather insights on various topics including radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and vacation habits, and healthy eating.

• Contribute to projects in telephone market research and social research.

• Engage in training sessions and workshops.

• Apply feedback from supervisors regarding telephone techniques and interactions with respondents.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience as a call center agent is necessary.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Enjoy talking on the phone and engaging with individuals.

• Maintain a friendly and pleasant telephone demeanor.

• Possess clear and articulate pronunciation.

• Exhibit confidence while speaking on the phone.

• Demonstrate flexibility, a collaborative spirit, reliability, and dedication.

• Maintain a meticulous and accurate working style.

• Good computer skills are essential.

• Must reside in Germany.

• At least 18 years of age.

• Valid residence permit required for non-EU citizens.

• No additional secondary employment allowed.

• Willingness to work between 6–9 hours weekly, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift/session.
