Call Center Agent – Sales for Vodafone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support to current customers

• Deliver technical assistance for TV, phone, and internet-related issues

• Conduct needs-based product consultations and optimize contracts

• Engage in sales opportunities during each call

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Preferably possess experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales role

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Dependably follow the specified working hours

• No concurrent secondary employment is allowed

• Outstanding German language skills (C1 level) and must reside in Germany
