Call Center Agent – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive outbound calls to current customers, concentrating on tariff and plan modifications, contract renewals, and customer re-engagement.

• Receive thorough training on the product range along with communication and sales strategies.

• Work hours are from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 20:00, with options for a fixed late shift or alternating weekly between early and late shifts.

• Career advancement is encouraged through the S-KON Academy, offering training opportunities that range from agent to coach, trainer, or team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you should have some experience in telephone sales or customer interactions; however, career changers with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

• You must have a quiet home office environment and a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.

• Proficient computer skills, solid IT knowledge, and a good technical understanding are essential.

• Excellent German language proficiency and a pleasant, articulate telephone demeanor are required.
