This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In collaboration with your future colleagues, you will advise our clients on the topic of credit protection after loan approval.
• You will take into account the individual preferences of our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation.
• You will assess the unique needs of your clients and assist them with tailored solutions using our internal systems.

• You have gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales).
• You are service-oriented and possess a strong passion for loans.
• You are a communication talent and impress with your open and professional demeanor over the phone.
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic.
• You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to embark on this journey with us.
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial training program.
