Call Center Agent Inbound Sales, German – Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming customer inquiries regarding travel offers

• Providing expert advice to customers while actively promoting appropriate travel products

• Handling service and sales requests through inbound communication

• Taking on shifts for the emergency hotline, including night hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in telephone sales, inbound sales, or customer service — preferably in a contact center setting

• Excellent German language proficiency, both verbal and written

• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for active selling

• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently (freelancer model)

• Availability to work shifts, including night and emergency-duty hours

• Proficient use of standard CRM and telephony tools or a strong technical inclination

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

• A passion for travel topics is a plus
