Call Center Agent im Vertrieb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactive telephone outreach to existing customers focusing on tariff adjustments, contract renewals, and customer re-engagement.

• Comprehensive training on the product portfolio, along with communication and sales techniques.

• Working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00 - options for fixed late shifts or alternating weekly between early and late shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, prior experience in telephone sales or customer contact - career changers with sales talent are also encouraged to apply.

• You have a quiet workspace at home and a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s download speed.

• Proficient computer skills, good IT knowledge, and technical understanding are essential.

• Excellent German language skills and a friendly, clear communication style on the phone.
