This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service to both individual and business clients through phone calls and mail.
β’ Assist patients in registering for appointments and guide them in locating physical clinics.
β’ Reach out to clinics to schedule appointments for patients.
β’ Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals.
β’ Address complaints and report any irregularities or deficiencies in consultations to physicians.
β’ Ensure the proper management of medical documentation.
β’ Native proficiency in the Serbian language.
β’ A compassionate, understanding, and discreet individual.
β’ Detail-oriented and organized.
β’ Proficient in English communication.
β’ Familiarity with the Office software suite.
β’ Previous experience in customer or patient service roles.
