Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to both individual and business clients through phone calls and mail.

• Assist patients in registering for appointments and guide them in locating physical clinics.

• Reach out to clinics to schedule appointments for patients.

• Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals.

• Address complaints and report any irregularities or deficiencies in consultations to physicians.

• Ensure the proper management of medical documentation.

• Native proficiency in the Serbian language.

• A compassionate, understanding, and discreet individual.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Familiarity with the Office software suite.

• Previous experience in customer or patient service roles.
