This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, Nevada, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from current customers.

• Handle service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and dispatching policy documents.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their existing insurance policies, including coverage details and policy benefits, or facilitate changes to current policies.

• Strive to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting.

• Ability to multitask and manage various competing priorities effectively.

• A genuine passion for assisting others.
