This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• You will represent our client, Deutsche Bahn, ensuring customer satisfaction over the phone for travelers **(****German and English).**
• You will reliably and competently inform customers using the provided information systems.
• You will be the primary contact for inquiries regarding platform changes, operational disruptions, train cancellations, missed connections, and suitable travel alternatives.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the **complete data entry** in all relevant systems.
• You are flexible in your schedule from Monday to Sunday and are willing to work in early, mid, or late shifts as well as on-call duty.
• Your technical skills in handling computers and MS Office applications are very strong.
• You have initial experience in the service industry and in customer contact.
• You possess excellent German skills and good English skills in both spoken and written forms.
• Furthermore, you demonstrate high communication and advisory skills, a confident and friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and a strong customer orientation.
• You will receive comprehensive training from experienced trainers at Deutsche Bahn.
• You can conveniently continue your work from home.
