This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• The Temporary Call Center Universal Agent serves as the primary point of contact for Carter's customers through Phone, Email, and/or chat.
• Assist in identifying and resolving customer issues while showcasing exceptional customer service and sales skills to enhance each customer interaction.
• Notify management of any issues or concerns that need escalation for full resolution or may signify a more significant underlying problem.
• Address customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate to a call center lead agent when necessary.
• Utilize technological tools as directed and in accordance with established guidelines to aid in daily tasks.
• Engage in individual and team training sessions to remain updated with knowledge and best practices.
• Inform customers about Carter’s and OshKosh products to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Complete required documentation to manage customer complaints and their corresponding solutions.
• Ensure accurate customer data is maintained, including documentation of discussions, issues, requests, or other pertinent information in Contact Center systems.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal means.
• Capability to work independently, adhere to work schedules, and manage regular responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a Call center, Retail, and/or E-commerce environment is advantageous.
• Technical aptitude is preferred but not mandatory.
