This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +4 more countries.
β’ Conduct daily reviews of ongoing projects in ClickUp, allocate workloads, oversee task execution, and ensure adherence to strict deadlines.
β’ Ensure the quality of drawings and verify that project documentation meets compliance standards prior to final delivery.
β’ Provide mentorship to project engineers on intricate and non-standard projects.
β’ Engage in node development and facilitate daily and weekly team meetings.
β’ Tailor and manage Slack and ClickUp workspaces for optimal functionality.
β’ Create internal document templates and refresh working groups as necessary.
β’ Compile weekly and monthly progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.
β’ Utilize measurements, sketches, and diagrams based on the Imperial system for the USA.
β’ Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, CQO, Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Site Installation teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve any conflicts.
β’ Proficiency in English at a B2+ level; fluency in Russian/Ukrainian at a C1+ level.
β’ Strong competency in essential engineering software such as AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D, or equivalent tools.
β’ A higher technical degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Extensive experience and a profound understanding of fundamental engineering design principles.
β’ A minimum of 2β3 years as a project engineer with a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
β’ Robust experience with task management systems and time-tracking software.
β’ Proven ability to develop internal onboarding and training materials (including video instructions, checklists, and technical templates) to enhance departmental workflows.
β’ Skilled in analyzing and optimizing design solutions concerning cost, time, and resources.
β’ Capable of working independently, making decisive technical choices, and proactively addressing operational challenges.
β’ Experience managing project documentation across various development stages, including sketches, working drawings, and final specifications.
β’ Established experience collaborating with cross-functional departments (Project Managers, Estimators, CQO, Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Site Installation teams) to clarify technical requirements and resolve conflicts.
β’ Full-time remote work opportunity.
β’ An 8-hour workday without flexibility, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (NY time zone).
β’ Collaboration format: B2B (either as an individual entrepreneur or a Corporate Entity).
β’ Paid vacation: 5 days for the first year; 10 days from the second year onwards.
