This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Engaging in design, development, and testing activities.

• Providing support throughout the complete development lifecycle for service creation.

• Analyzing and addressing complex business and technical product integration issues of importance.

• Writing, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting software programs.

• Assisting in the adaptation of company products and/or internal systems to fulfill requirements.

• Collecting data from the system, assessing program and time needs, and preparing documentation to modify existing programs.

• Designing programs for projects or improvements to current programs.

• Drafting specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.

• Aiding in the resolution of issues and defects; proposing alternative methods for problem resolution.

• Creating test plans to validate the logic of newly developed or modified programs.

• Producing relevant documentation in assignments such as program code and technical documentation.

• Performing quality assurance tasks, including peer reviews.

• A Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with technical products, vendors, and various technology families.

• Familiarity with product configurations.

• Experience with relevant software packages or classes of packages, along with products in the area of technical expertise.
