This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Proven experience with the following technologies: C, Unix/Linux Systems, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

• Develops, tests, debugs, implements, and documents software programs

• Aids in modifying company products and/or internal systems to fulfill requirements

• Collects information from the system, evaluates program and time requirements, and prepares documentation for updates to existing programs

• Conducts research and analysis on existing systems and program requirements, with periodic supervision

• Designs software for projects or enhancements to current programs

• Drafts specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity

• Helps in troubleshooting issues and defects

• Proposes and develops alternative methods for problem resolution

• Creates test plans to validate the logic of new or modified programs

• Identifies issues as necessary

• Produces comprehensive documentation for work assignments, including program code and technical documentation

• Engages in quality assurance activities such as peer reviews

• Proficient in Batch job automation and notification services

• Experienced in complex SQL tasks and query optimization

• Familiarity with Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, and Claims domains is advantageous

• Experience in technical product configuration, design, and/or integration

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in working with technical products, vendors, and various technologies

• Familiarity with product configurations is essential

• Previous experience with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within the area of technical expertise
