This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete repair and recovery process for warranty and return claim materials from customer locations.
• Generate supplier return purchase orders, monitor claims and notifications, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Negotiate warranty conditions and repair agreements with suppliers to achieve advantageous terms.
• Direct supplier recovery initiatives (credits, replacements, no-cost repairs) and ensure suppliers meet performance standards.
• Identify and onboard repair partners to enhance capacity and minimize turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Service, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to address issues, assist in root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
• Optimize warranty and repair workflows; introduce tools and best practices to enhance turnaround, visibility, and supplier performance.
• Keep accurate purchasing data and planning parameters in accordance with MPS/MRP best practices.
• Maximize total cost of ownership and ensure timely delivery through effective planning and management of automation-related tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or supplier warranty administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP/MRP systems; proficiency in SAP is preferred for purchase requisition and order generation.
• Experience with relevant commodities such as conveyors, lifts, robotics, automation controls, metal, and material handling systems, along with familiarity with the associated supply base.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
