This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement long-term sourcing strategies for IT software, hardware, and telecommunications categories.

• Lead the management of RFPs/RFIs and facilitate competitive sourcing initiatives.

• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and various business stakeholders.

• Perform analysis on spending, contracts, and pricing structures.

• Create and continuously enhance category strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing or category management within a global, matrix organization.

• Proven track record in sourcing IT software, hardware, and telecommunications categories.

• An MBA or JD is preferred; experience in consulting or transformation is advantageous.

• Demonstrated proficiency in complex contract negotiations, supplier management, and influencing stakeholders.

• Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
