Business/System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development of architectural solutions for the implementation of Marketing initiatives (MA) and Products as an expert/analyst in the billing system.

• Provide high-level assessments of the complexity of changes required for Product implementation.

• Analyze requirements with clients, create and describe diagrams (class diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, component diagram, etc.) using BPMNv2, UML, or other formats, and propose solution options and functionalities.

• Coordinate changes with clients and the team responsible for Product development.

• Prepare technical documentation (TD) in Confluence, ensuring the completion and signing of TD related to the technical implementation of the Product in the BSS system.

• Develop and detail requirements for the functionality of new products for the system provider.

• Participate in making adjustments to system configuration.

• Arrange orders for modifications to the system and ensure timely and quality implementation of functional requirements based on orders.

• Engage in the testing process of implemented changes on the system and verify their compliance with client requirements.

• Analyze the root causes of functional defects in the Product.

• Detail requirements for correcting defects or discrepancies in meeting business requirements.

• Coordinate changes with clients.

• Ensure defect resolution by contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as an analyst.

• Skills in formulating requirements for information systems according to business needs, with experience in implementing new functionalities in information systems.

• Experience in communication with contractors.

• Confident user of JIRA and Confluence.

• Proficiency in office software MsOffice; knowledge of MS Project is preferred.

• Skills in working with BPMN and UML.
