This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate executive discovery workshops with potential clients and existing customers across teams in Fraud, Credit, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Risk.
• Identify business challenges, operational inefficiencies, growth barriers, and strategic priorities that can be resolved through Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning platform.
• Establish baseline performance indicators and success metrics to measure business outcomes and ROI.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including CFOs, CROs, Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Fraud, and Operations leaders.
• Convert technical capabilities into business results that resonate with executive decision-makers.
• Develop tailored ROI assessments, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, value realization frameworks, and financial models for both prospective and current customers.
• Measure business impact in areas such as fraud loss reduction, approval rate optimization, onboarding efficiency, operational cost savings, compliance automation, and revenue growth.
• Create board-ready business cases that facilitate investment decisions and expedite enterprise purchasing processes.
• Design scalable value calculators, benchmarking tools, and economic impact frameworks for use across the revenue organization.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering and Sales to support strategic initiatives.
• Work with Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes post-deployment.
• Design and implement value realization programs that monitor performance against initial business objectives.
• Produce executive business reviews that showcase realized ROI and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify expansion opportunities by revealing additional workflows and business units that could benefit from Oscilar.
• Assist with renewals and growth initiatives through documented evidence of business value.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance research, financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentation development.
• Utilize AI as a force multiplier to discern trends, extract insights, and improve the speed and quality of customer-facing deliverables.
• Contribute to thought leadership content, including benchmark reports, whitepapers, webinars, customer success stories, and industry research.
• Remain at the forefront of AI adoption trends, value realization methodologies, and emerging best practices within the financial services sector.
• Synthesize insights from customer engagements to identify common challenges, emerging market trends, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to refine value frameworks and benchmark assumptions based on actual customer outcomes.
• Provide structured feedback that shapes product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the voice of customer business outcomes throughout the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, strategic advisory, corporate strategy, business operations, or a comparable customer-facing analytical role.
• Experience with a prestigious consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, EY-Parthenon, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, or similar is highly preferred.
• Proven history of building and delivering quantitative business cases, ROI models, and executive-level recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, particularly in fraud, compliance, AML, credit risk, payments, or underwriting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and operational KPIs to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for problem-solving, research, analysis, and content development.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic discussions.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment characterized by high ambiguity and expected ownership.
