Business Technology Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and interpret organizational objectives, policies, and procedures concerning Corporate IT, information security, and SOC II compliance.

• Evaluate new vendors and enhance processes for improvement.

• Acquire and manage the delivery of IT equipment while overseeing asset inventory.

• Oversee SaaS applications and their licensing.

• Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems function within established security controls.

• Analyze project plans to organize and coordinate project activities.

• Provide training to users on IT systems and offer technical support when issues arise.

• Assist with the provisioning and deprovisioning of employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of operating systems (Mac and Windows).

• Proficient in scripting languages.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.

• Proficiency in the installation/configuration of software and hardware, including network equipment and printers.

• Excellent communication abilities for interactions with the business technology team, employees, and other departments.

• Authorization to work for any employer in Poland without requiring visa support now or in the future.
