Business Technology Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Formulate and clarify organizational objectives, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, information security, and SOC II compliance.

• Evaluate new vendors and enhance existing processes.

• Acquire and manage the delivery of IT equipment while maintaining an asset inventory.

• Oversee SaaS applications and their licensing.

• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems comply with security controls.

• Assess project plans and coordinate project activities.

• Educate users on IT systems and offer technical assistance.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Oversee daily IT tools and facilities for a global workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in scripting languages.

• Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and various SaaS tools.

• Competent in installing and configuring software and hardware, including networking equipment and printers.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Eligibility to work for any employer in Poland without the need for visa support now or in the future.
