Business Tech Analyst III – Produtos Financeiros

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the technical refinement, requirements analysis, and implementation for the integration of payment systems (TEF, POS) with the ecosystem’s points of sale (POS).

• Conduct certification/homologation of payment terminals (PinPad, SmartPOS, POS, etc.) and their interactions with other flows in points of sale, gateways, and payment schemes.

• Analyze, diagnose, and structure investigations of operational issues, utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce incidents and operational challenges.

• Assist in defining metrics and organizing observability and telemetry solutions.

• Ensure the maintenance of structured documentation and efficient asynchronous communication with peer teams and stakeholders.

• Aid in breaking down complex technical requests into manageable, incremental deliveries.

• Strong background in technical business analysis, systems analysis, or the operation of technology platforms.

• Technical proficiency in physical payment systems, encompassing transactional flows of TEF, POS, payment terminals, and direct communication with POS software.

• A proactive individual capable of adapting and working independently in ambiguous or early-stage structuring situations.
