This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Transform business requirements into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with TPMs to gain insights into business needs and contextual background.

• Translate business requirements into precise, detailed technical specifications and backlog items for the development team.

• Design and facilitate integration solutions.

• Assist with API-based integrations involving external vendors, resellers, and internal platform services.

• Aid in the maintenance and support of our e-commerce platform and related systems within a global, proprietary ERP environment.

• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, frequently utilizing SQL to investigate data and identify root causes.

• Work alongside our site operations team to address system issues raised by resellers and customers, providing technical insights to the development team.

• Collaborate effectively across both business and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, business systems analysis, software engineering, or a related technical field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.

• Experience with APIs (preferably RESTful) and integrating with third-party or internal services.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Java or Python, along with proficient skills in SQL and relational databases.

• Capability to convert business requirements into well-defined technical designs and documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including a knack for diving into data to identify issues.

• Excellent professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
