This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development and integration teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design, and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC.
• Engage with business and product partners on cross-functional initiatives to support Order-to-Cash processes, identifying opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth through technological solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining SAP BTP integrations across various SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC processes, supporting ecosystems, and closely collaborating with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or vendor support teams.
• Document and diagram existing system and business processes, analyzing them for more efficient methods.
• Convert functional business requirements into technical specifications while working within an agile team.
• Collaborate within an agile team to conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects, assisting management in making informed implementation decisions.
• Coordinate and execute use case tests, end-user reviews, and post-implementation support.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements, and projects, including the creation of documentation.
• Offer production support, conduct root cause analysis, and research application incidents in partnership with developers, end-users, and the Application support team.
• Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests alongside product managers, business leads, and the Application support team to ensure timely delivery of prioritized requests.
• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or a similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions.
• Required functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer invoicing.
• Proficient in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Capable of taking ownership of issues until resolution, including coordination, follow-up, communication, and documentation across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support and project environment.
• Ability to work independently while appropriately escalating risks and issues.
• Eager and willing to learn new concepts, technologies, processes, and business capabilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of functional SAP experience in SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC, preferably within a CPG/Manufacturing environment.
• Preferred understanding of advanced intercompany sales processes, rebate and settlement management, and Available-to-Promise (ATP/aATP) capabilities.
• Experience in supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution, is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies.
