Business Systems Analyst I, II, III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify user and business needs associated with application or system modifications.

• Attain expertise in RCIS development, system testing, and production environments.

• Work alongside IT on system modifications and updates.

• Evaluate business and user requirements while identifying and testing necessary specifications.

• Partner with Production Support, IT personnel, and TAC to address system defects.

• Comprehend customers’ goals, processes, products, and services to provide recommendations for release strategies.

• Organize and lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

• Assess requirements, evaluate system capabilities, and outline impacts on business units and systems.

• Support system configuration and integration testing for functionality, performance, and compatibility.

• Aid developers and business analysts in creating and testing new or updated features.

• Assist quality assurance with developing and executing acceptance tests.

• Become proficient in the tools and applications used within the software development lifecycle.

• Oversee business decisions while managing documentation and communication with Crop Claims, Compliance, Policy Servicing, Accounting, Information Technology, and training teams.

• Conduct impact assessments and validate IT solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Crop Claims Software as an end user or subject matter expert; OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of experience with Crop Claims Software.

• Proven expertise in MPCI field adjustment procedures and operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must reside within the U.S.
