Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with ISO’s wcPrism reporting services.

• Oversee DCO acceptance criteria and suggest modifications for wcPrism edits.

• Detect client data reporting problems and outline specifications for wcPrism system enhancements.

• Act as a liaison with the DCO on behalf of Verisk or its clients.

• Perform in-depth research and analysis of customer data alongside regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree, ideally in Business Administration, along with 3-4 years of experience in Workers Comp data reporting is required.

• Familiarity with WCIO standards is mandatory.

• Experience in data reporting is required.

• Experience in data processing is necessary.

• Skills in data analysis and research are essential.

• Customer service and project management skills are required.

• Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary.

• Excellent oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills, are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or a similar application is a must.

• Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes is required.
