This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive Coupa implementations spanning various modules such as procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses.
• Configure the Coupa platform, which includes forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies involving suppliers, chart of accounts (COA), open purchase orders (POs), and contracts.
• Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to establish and validate interfaces.
• Manage testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); monitor and resolve defects.
• Provide support during the post-go-live hypercare phase, ensuring stabilization and promoting continuous improvement.
• Conduct discovery workshops, document requirements, and carry out fit-gap analyses in accordance with Coupa best practices.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for clients.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to both project teams and executive leadership.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion, including additional module implementations and optimization initiatives.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management resources.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and enhancements to methodology.
• Keep abreast of Coupa updates and translate new features into added value for clients.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, proposal development, and solution demonstrations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementations, with involvement in at least two full project lifecycles.
• At least 1 year of experience with Coupa, also across a minimum of two full project lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience in drafting functional specifications and requirements documentation.
• Capability to facilitate workshops and effectively communicate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
