This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement and maintain Growth Commercial DBS systems, which encompass Daily Management, Growth Rooms, and operational reviews throughout the marketing department.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to convert growth strategies into actionable plans utilizing Policy Deployment and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and standardize essential marketing processes such as demand generation, digital marketing, segmentation, and performance management.
• Drive a series of kaizen initiatives aimed at enhancing commercial performance and reducing waste across marketing value streams.
• Cultivate DBS capabilities by providing training, coaching, and certification for marketing and cross-functional leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, DBS, or roles focused on continuous improvement.
• Practical experience with DBS fundamentals, including Daily Management, Kaizen, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading commercial or growth improvement initiatives that have a quantifiable business impact.
• Familiarity with implementing structured operating systems such as Policy Deployment, operational reviews, or similar frameworks.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including both domestic and international destinations.
