Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in transitioning from outdated systems and infrastructure.

• Play a key role in integration projects that involve customers, vendors, international agents, and business partners.

• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of platforms like CargoWise and other essential business systems.

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and convert business needs into practical project plans.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, testing phases, and the execution of go-live activities.

• Foster communication among business teams, technology teams, vendors, customers, and executive leadership.

• Support the design of solutions, process enhancements, automation efforts, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Assist in testing, implementation, deployment, and production rollout processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or in a related role within supply chain logistics companies.

• Strong background in supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation projects, or business process improvements.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and execution of go-live phases.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, facilitating testing, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful completion.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
