This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create original multiple-choice business questions that assess in-depth business knowledge.
• Develop complex problems related to strategy, operations, supply chain, product management, sustainability, and digital marketing.
• Ensure questions are comprehensive, clear, unambiguous, and can be solved independently.
• Design questions suitable for undergraduate, advanced undergraduate, and postgraduate levels of difficulty.
• Generate one correct answer along with nine plausible distractors for each question.
• Review existing questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, completeness, and solvability.
• Identify flawed assumptions, ambiguities, analytical mistakes, and other concerns.
• Edit questions and answer options, documenting any significant changes made.
• Confirm correct answers using business theories, quantitative reasoning, or industry practice.
• Develop assessment content encompassing logistics, procurement, inventory, distribution, supply chain management, optimization, decision analysis, resource allocation, operational modeling, product strategy, sustainability, digital marketing, and commercial strategy.
• Provide academic references when necessary and create structured solution explanations.
• Assess question difficulty and maintain a consistent level of analytical and academic quality.
• Contribute to the development of top-tier evaluation materials for advanced AI systems.
• A PhD, DBA, or current doctoral candidacy in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
• An MBA or another Master's degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional expertise in a relevant subdomain.
• Strong understanding of graduate-level business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.
• Expertise in one or more domains such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Sustainability, Management Analysis, Product Management, Business Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong capability to analyze intricate business scenarios and assess competing strategic options.
• Excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate complex business concepts clearly and effectively.
• Academic research publications are highly regarded.
• Senior-level industry experience in business, operations, product, strategy, supply chain, or marketing is a plus.
• Experience in university-level teaching, examination development, or academic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong focus on analytical accuracy, commercial realism, and quality of evidence.
• Engage as a part-time independent contractor.
• Expected availability of at least 10 hours per week.
• Work must be performed without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this role.
• Completely remote and asynchronous work environment.
