This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborates with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Managers (AMs) to identify and evaluate potential EmpowerX target accounts.
• Manages and updates EmpowerX opportunities in CRM/Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of stage progression, notes, and next actions.
• Facilitates the creation and delivery of customer proformas and Empower proposals to support the sales process.
• Conducts EmpowerX sales presentations and solution demonstrations, both virtually and on-site.
• Meets or surpasses assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for EmpowerX.
• Develops and updates EmpowerX sales tools and materials for the Bracing & Supports (B&S) team.
• Oversees EmpowerX sales onboarding and training for new team members.
• Provides ongoing education and enablement to sales teams to enhance engagement and performance with EmpowerX.
• Collaborates with Customer Success and the Application Team to facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption.
• Prioritizes account management and daily activities to drive pipeline conversion.
• May represent Össur at professional industry forums and meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Required knowledge of RCM and third-party insurance billing.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in DMEPOS dispensing.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with critical thinking skills.
• Capability to assist with projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Proficient in CRM Software, Zoom, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, OpenAI, and Outlook.
• Skilled in Excel.
