Business Solutions Analyst, 12 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of customer experience by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial processes.

• Utilize technology, automation, AI, and data analytics to advance commercial business operations.

• Execute sales order automation, intelligent selling frameworks, advanced CRM systems, and other commercial technologies.

• Offer support, guidance, and training to users throughout the organization.

• Work in collaboration with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners to ensure alignment of technology, data, and process standards.

• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance commercial workflows and boost efficiency.

• Roll out intelligent selling frameworks and CRM systems to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

• Leverage data and advanced analytics to produce actionable insights and enhance decision-making across commercial operations.

• Report to the Customer Excellence Solutions & Sales Operations Director.

• Travel is limited to less than 5%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science).

• 1–3 years of experience in IT or data science.

• Practical experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

• Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate across various regions and organizational functions.

• Eagerness and capacity to learn about innovative technology solutions.

• Travel is limited to less than 5%.
