Business Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Directs a team of sales and application professionals to enhance business growth.

• Recruits, nurtures, trains, and empowers sales personnel to maximize sales effectiveness.

• Formulates sales strategies and tactics aimed at providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversees and ensures compliance with the departmental expense budget.

• Regularly engages with key clients, distributors, and the sales network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics).

• Professional training in Sales Management is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management.

• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience (including engineering, quality, metrology, inspection, and machine tools).

• Capability to manage employees across varying performance levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• A valid U.S. Driver's License is necessary.
