This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales and revenue growth targets for products and services through inbound and outbound calls.
• Proactively manage the existing account portfolio (via inbound/outbound calls/email), serving as their resource for sales negotiations, including modifications to accounts, to ensure customer retention and minimize market churn.
• Expand the current account base through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Engage with decision makers to identify sales opportunities with both new prospects and the existing account portfolio.
• Act as the primary resource for sales negotiations with current small business accounts.
• Develop and submit precise and timely new orders by following the established sales protocol.
• Address and resolve customer account incidents promptly.
• Follow up with customers regarding service orders and coordinate with local technical teams, communicating with all relevant parties as necessary.
• Collaborate within a team to undertake projects aimed at enhancing customer services.
• Provide referrals to external and account management teams for our MIP suite of products.
• Keep personal knowledge up-to-date on product and service offerings (including new and upcoming services, products, and promotions), contact details, databases, and reporting on activities and outcomes.
• Over 1 year of sales experience with individual monthly quotas.
• More than 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with executives, business owners, and decision makers via telephone and email.
• Must adhere to TDS attendance policies to meet business requirements, including obligations to our customers.
• Self-driven and capable of taking responsibility for reaching defined sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and sustain outstanding working relationships.
• Advanced sales and/or customer service skills are advantageous.
• Capacity to adapt to rapid changes and a fast-paced environment while utilizing time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products, along with SABRE, DESI, MetaSolv, Cobra, and all customer information systems.
